These Terms govern the use of ThinkCode Tutoring and related services (the "Service") operated by IKKEUM Co., Ltd. (the "Company").

• "Service" — the coding playground, problem bank, real-time collaboration sessions, code execution, recordings/replays, and related features.
• "Member" — a person who agrees to these Terms and creates an account.
• "Session" — a collaborative space created within the Service for editing, running, and discussing code.
• "Paid Service" — any feature the Company provides for a fee. Paid features may not be available in all regions.

You must provide accurate information when signing up and keep your credentials secure. Accounts are personal and may not be shared or transferred. The Service is not directed to children under 14 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction).

The playground provides an isolated cloud workspace with AI coding tools (such as Claude Code and Codex CLIs) pre-installed. When you sign in to those tools, you use your own AI account and plan; your AI usage, costs, and the providers' terms are between you and the AI provider. Your AI credentials are stored only in your private workspace volume and are never read or used by the Company.

Workspaces have resource limits (CPU, memory, idle timeouts) and concurrent-use caps. The Company may reclaim idle resources and may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

Tutor matching, booking, and related platform features are currently offered in Korea only. Where available, lesson fees are settled directly between learners and tutors; the Company is not a party to lesson-fee transactions. Availability in other regions will be announced separately.

You agree not to:

• attempt unauthorized access to other users' workspaces, sessions, or data;
• run malware, cryptominers, network attacks, or otherwise abuse compute resources;
• use the Service for unlawful activity or to infringe others' rights;
• scrape, resell, or misrepresent the problem bank or other Company content;
• circumvent usage limits, judging systems, or safety measures.

You retain rights to code and content you create. You grant the Company a limited license to store, process, and display it as needed to operate the Service (including replays and, where you opt in, session recordings). The problem bank, platform software, and branding are the Company's intellectual property.

Usage records (such as code-run events and submission results) are processed to provide judging, progress display, and learning analytics, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Fees, billing cycles, and refund conditions for Paid Services are stated at the point of purchase and in the Refund Policy. Statutory rights under applicable consumer-protection law are not affected.

The Service is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, the correctness of AI-generated output, or specific learning outcomes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company's aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for willful misconduct or gross negligence.

You may delete your account at any time in Settings. The Company may suspend or terminate accounts that materially breach these Terms. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and disputes are subject to the competent courts of Korea. These Terms are executed in Korean; this English translation is provided for convenience and the Korean version prevails in case of conflict.
