ThinkCode Tutoring Privacy Policy
This policy explains how 주식회사 이끔 ("Company") handles personal data in ThinkCode Tutoring.
Effective: March 1, 2026
1. What We Collect
- Account: email, name, password (hashed), optional phone number, social-login profile (provider ID, email, name).
- Usage: session and workspace activity, code-run events (language, success/failure, error class), problem submissions and scores, replays/recordings where you start them.
- Device & logs: IP address, browser type, access logs, cookies for authentication and analytics.
Your AI-provider credentials (Claude/ChatGPT sign-ins inside your workspace) are stored only in your private workspace volume. The Company does not read or use them.
2. Why We Use It
- Providing and operating the Service (accounts, playground, judging, sessions)
- Progress display and learning analytics (e.g., solved badges, attempt counts)
- Payment, settlement, and customer support where paid features apply
- Security, abuse prevention, and service improvement statistics
- Legal compliance and dispute handling
3. Retention
Personal data is kept until you delete your account, after which it is destroyed without undue delay, except where retention is required by law (e.g., commerce records) or needed to resolve disputes. Access logs may be kept up to 12 months.
4. Processors & International Transfer
Data is hosted on Amazon Web Services (Seoul region; additional regions may be used to serve you with lower latency) and transactional email is sent via AWS SES. If you use the Service from outside Korea, your data is transferred to and stored in the Republic of Korea. We do not sell personal data and do not share it with third parties except as described here or required by law.
5. Your Rights
You can access and update your information in Settings, withdraw marketing consent at any time, and request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of your data by contacting contact@ikkeum.com. Account deletion is available in Settings. We respond to verified requests within a reasonable period as required by applicable law (including, where applicable, rights under GDPR/CCPA).
6. Cookies & Analytics
We use essential cookies for authentication and Google Analytics for aggregate usage statistics. You can control cookies in your browser settings; essential cookies are required for sign-in.
