Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy applies to paid services sold by IKKEUM Co., Ltd. (the “Company”) on ThinkCode Tutoring (think-code.ai). The Company complies with applicable consumer protection laws, including the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce of Korea.

1. Scope

The products sold directly by the Company are tutor tool fees — a one-time purchase (session band) and a recurring subscription. The price and contents of each product are shown on the checkout screen.

Lesson fees between tutors and students are direct transactions between the parties and are not processed or refunded by the Company. For lesson-fee disputes, the Company offers mediation support (contact@ikkeum.com).

2. One-time purchases (session bands)

Within 7 days of payment and no session in the band has been started: full refund.
If some sessions have been used: refund proportional to the unused sessions.
If all sessions have been used: no refund.

3. Subscriptions (monthly plan)

Monthly subscriptions are auto-billed every month from the first payment date.
You can cancel anytime; billing stops from the next billing date and the paid period remains fully usable until it expires.
Within 7 days of a payment and the service has not been used in that billing period (no session created or lesson held): full refund.
If the Company fails to provide the service due to its own fault (e.g., outage): pro-rata refund for the unavailable period.

4. How refunds are processed

Request via the dashboard or by email (contact@ikkeum.com).
Processed within 3 business days of the request by reversing the card charge (for Paddle checkouts, refunds are issued through Paddle). Depending on your card issuer, it may take 3–7 business days to appear.

5. Miscellaneous

Matters not covered by this policy follow the Terms of Service and applicable laws. Changes are announced in the service at least 7 days in advance (30 days for changes unfavorable to consumers).
